Intervention is here!

I’m sitting here in the Artists Alley at Intervention and things are going rather well. Sure, it’s a bit on the slow side but it’s the conventions first year.  It really takes a few years for a show to attract a sizable following.  It’ll get there.  There folks behind the scenes are some of the best people out there in the business.

So far, I’ve met some awesome new friends and I’ve gotten to connect with some people that I haven’t seen in a few years.  That’s something you really can’t put a price on.  It reminds me that one of the main reasons I do all this stuff is to make those connections.  Any money I make from what I do is just a bonus.

Intervention is almost here!

Well, tomorrow starts Intervention! If you check the map on the left, I’ve highlighted where I’ll be in the Artists Alley. Since I’m right next to Chris Flick from Capes N Babes, I plan on harassing him as much as possible. I think it’ll end up being quite the fun weekend.

So, what will I have at my table? I’ll have comic books, CDs of my music, buttons, book marks, badges (yes, we need them stinkin badges), t-shirts and a bunch of free stuff.  I will be selling a special edition of my album, The System Is Down, and it comes with a fancy glow stick bracelet! While supplies last, I’ll also be giving away a glow stick bracelet to each person who buys a comic book! I’ll also be taking orders for commissions for both art and music.  Make sure you stop by our table and say, “Yo!”
