BS/OD Fanart

Well, I started a little section on my site for BS/OD fanart.  I know that I posted the image I received for the webcomic secret santa back in December but It seems that I never posted a picture of the wonderful set of Hondo coasters that my sister-in-law, Rebecca, made for me as a present.

So, the Fanart section will sit under Media in the toolbar at the top of the page.  I find it a great compliment to receive fanart like this and I’d love to receive more.  If you have anything you’d like to send me, just e-mail it to shaggy@zoiks.org.  Hondo and I can always use an ego boost.

Binary Birth – Track 3 Teaser

After doing last weeks one hour composition, I decided that I wanted to do something a little similar with the next track of Binary Birth. I really liked the guitar sound that I got and I’m going to use it in this song. Right now the lead part comes in a bit off since I did that all in one take. This is just a teaser after all. So, there’s certainly a lot more to do with this track over the month of March.

Binary Birth – 2-8-10-2

The second song for Binary Birth has been released!  The song is called 2-8-10-2 and it’s about the building of Hondo’s body.  This is one of the first songs that I’ve written where I used a number of different hardware synths.  You’ll hear the Moog Little Phatty, the Dave Smith Mopho, the Casio VL-1 and the Korg Monotron on this track.  So, go ahead and grab this song from the Binary Birth page by going to the link below. It will be available for free until 03/08/11!
