Something that I’ve been trying to work on more is creating 2D art from a 3D application. I actually find this more difficult than doing a normal 3D render since there is a lot more involved in setting things up. Shaders function differently and you have to balance things out so that it doesn’t have too much of a sense of realism. After the render is done, the job is not finished. I then have to take the final render into Photoshop and work on it some more. That’s where I really lack any sort of skill. Hopefully working on these weekly art pieces will give me a chance to work out more some kinks in my work flow
