Actually, I'm pretty much using Carrara for just about everything now. I noticed this missing shadows after I posted this as well. What most likely happened is that I needed to turn up the shadowing since the lighting was completely washing it out. I miss those things sometimes. I need to start rendering more with all the layering separate so that I can fix this stuff in post.
Hah! I generally won't go back and fix comics more than a couple previous to the current one unless it's a really bad typo that I missed. If I obsessed over everything, I'd never get a comic done.
hey i just noticed that there are no shadows under the characters. is this is a stylistic choice, or just the way DAZ3D works? just wondering
