I’m not too sure how happy I am with this one but that’s how it goes sometimes. Since Savage is the main villain in my comic, he’ll probably end up getting multiple songs when all is said and done. In this short song, I spent way too much time getting a basic sound which usually means that I’ll end up having a dislike for it. At least that’s how things usually go for me. I think it’s the drums that I’m just not liking. I guess we’ll see if I end up using this or not.
You’re right. There is something not quite right about this one. It is good, but something is a little off. I think it’s the high-pitched beat that starts it off and continues through. It just doesn’t seem to fit Savage. Maybe bring it down a few notes? It doesn’t have to be dark, but the pitch needs to be a little lower, I think.
I think I like the idea of what I was doing but sonically it’s just not there. I think I just need to use some different synth patches. I’ll have to explore a bit.
Well, I do look forward to whatever you come up with. I really like your compositions. Oh, and that comic thing you do up there, too. :>P
